HAIZ beauty is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed orders. Once dropped off at USPS it is out of our hands and you would need to contact USPS with any issues.

All orders will come with a tracking number to the email that was provided at checkout.

Refund Policy

No returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

After an order is placed we cannot cancel. Please make sure your address and email is correct. In a case that you input the wrong address please contact us IMMEDIATELY as after you receive the shipping confirmation email we can no longer fix the address. If returned to sender due to incorrect address there is a fee for reshipping your items.
